Helpful details

Questions, answered plainly.

How far in advance should I reserve furniture?

Four to eight weeks is a useful planning window for standard collections. Larger events and peak dates benefit from earlier conversations so quantities and delivery access can be reviewed carefully.

What information do you need for an initial proposal?

We ask for the event date, venue, guest count, furniture quantities, access notes, and the general feeling you want the room to have.

Is delivery included in the rental price?

Delivery and collection are quoted according to location, timing, access, and setup requirements. Your proposal separates these services clearly.

Can your team place the furniture?

Yes. We can provide placement support when requested. A floor plan or venue diagram helps our operations team prepare accurately.

How are pieces prepared between events?

Each item is inspected, cleaned according to its material, and checked for safe, presentable use before it leaves our care.

Can I combine items from different categories?

Absolutely. Our catalog is organized so chairs, tables, stools, and lounge pieces can be combined while retaining a restrained visual language.

What happens if my guest count changes?

Tell us as soon as possible. We will review availability and revise the selection or quantities where operationally feasible.

Do you offer a damage waiver?

Rental terms explain responsibility, care, and repair or replacement assessment. We discuss the applicable options before confirming an order.
